Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. molasses
1 c. hot water
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
-
Cream Crisco and sugar; add eggs.
Sift dry ingredients and add
them with hot water; mix well.
Bake in a greased 8 x 8-inch pan
at
350\u00b0
for\t20 to 30 minutes.
Will keep in the refrigerator for a week.
