Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chicken
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. milk
    pepper and salt
    1 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Preparation
    Boil chicken; remove from broth and bone.
    Reserve chicken broth.
    Mix together soups and milk.
    Grease 2 (2-quart) casserole dishes.
    Alternate layers of chicken (broken in small pieces) with soup mixture, leaving soup mixture on top.
    Moisten dressing with chicken broth and put on top of soup mixture.
    Bake until brown at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 2 casseroles.
    Freeze one for later use.
