Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 or 10-inch) frozen pkg. pie shell
    3 egg yolks
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 c. lime juice from concentrate
    1 to 2 drops green food coloring
    whipped topping
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large mixer bowl, beat egg yolks with sweetened condensed milk.
    Stir in lime juice and food coloring.
    Pour into prepared pastry shell. Bake 8 minutes.
    Cool. Chill.
    Top with whipped cream.
    Garnish as desired.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
