Chicken With Sherry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole fryer (cut in fourths)
    3/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. sherry
    1 small can whole mushrooms
Preparation
    Salt
    chicken
    to
    taste
    and
    place in casserole dish. Melt butter
    and
    add sherry wine.
    Pour part over chicken and bake at 350\u00b0.
    Use balance of sauce to baste chicken frequently.
    Bake until
    golden brown.
    Add sliced mushrooms near end of cooking time.
