Chicken And Tortilla Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken or turkey, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1 small pkg. corn tortillas, broken in 1-inch pieces
1 can tomatoes
1 small onion, diced
2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Blend soup, sour cream, tomatoes, onions and 2 cups cheese. Layer in a casserole dish in the following order: 1/2 of the soup mixture, chicken, tortillas and rest of soup mixture.
Top with 1/2 cup cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until heated through.
