Ronald Reagan'S Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. macaroni, cooked and drained
    1 tsp. melted butter
    1 beaten egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. milk
    3 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Stir butter and egg into macaroni.
    Mix salt and mustard with 1 tablespoon hot water and add to milk.
    Add 2 1/2 cups cheese to macaroni.
    Pour macaroni and cheese into a buttered casserole. Add milk.
    Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until custard is set and top is crusty.
