Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 beaten egg
    1 can celery soup, undiluted
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 small onion, grated
    5 Ritz crackers
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook broccoli as directed on package (but only to separate; do not overcook).
    Drain and place in greased casserole dish.
    Mix mayonnaise, beaten egg, soup, Cheddar cheese, onion, crackers, salt and pepper.
    Pour over broccoli.
    Bake 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
