Artichoke Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 jars marinated artichokes, drained and chopped (save liquid from 1 jar)
    1 small onion, chopped
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese, shredded
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    dash of pepper
    1/8 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Use oil from 1 jar of artichokes to saute onion and garlic. Beat eggs.
    Add artichokes and other ingredients.
    Place in 9-inch square pan and bake for 30 minutes in 325\u00b0 oven or until done. Cut in squares.
    Freezes well.
