Scalloped Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced roasted turkey
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
    2 c. potato chips, lightly crushed
Preparation
    Cook celery and green pepper in 1 tablespoon butter.
    Remove mixture from pan.
    Melt remaining butter in pan.
    Blend in flour and salt.
    Remove from heat.
    Gradually add milk, stirring constantly.
    Cook until mixture thickens.
    Add turkey, celery, green pepper and pimento.
