Baked Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. yellow squash
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 stick butter
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Wash and cut up squash.
    Boil until tender; drain and mash. Add all ingredients except 1/2 stick of butter and 1/2 cup of crumbs to squash.
    Place in casserole dish and sprinkle the remaining crumbs on top.
    Pour remaining melted butter over crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about one hour or until brown on top. Serves 8.
