Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. yeast
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix yeast, warm water, flour and salt.
    Let rise for about 15 minutes.
    Roll; shape (about size of pencil) 12-inches long.
    Dip completely in cold water soda solution.
    Place on greased cookie sheet.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 450\u00b0.
