Vegetarian Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. TVP (Textured Vegetable Protein) *
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. cumin
    2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes
    2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans
    2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Pour 2 cups boiling water over TVP and ketchup.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Saute onion, pepper and garlic.
    Add TVP along with the spices.
    Add tomatoes and beans.
    Cover and simmer 30 to 60 minutes.
