Chili Egg Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pt. small curd cottage cheese
    1 lb. Jack cheese, grated
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
Preparation
    Beat eggs with electric mixer until light and lemon colored. Add flour, salt, baking powder, Jack cheese and melted butter; blend smoothly.
    Stir in chilies and cottage cheese.
    Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Center appears firm.
    Serve hot.
    Serves 8 to 10.
