Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 onion, minced
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    2 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. pepper
    2/3 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 c. shredded cheese
    6 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Cook onion and garlic until soft.
    Add ground beef and cook until done. Add spices, tomato sauce and water.
    Layer in a 9 or 10-inch round ovenproof baking dish the flour tortillas, sauce and cheese 2 times.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done and bubbly.
