Apple Blossom Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. allspice
    2 eggs
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. apple pie filling (Thank-You brand works best)
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Slightly beat eggs; then add with oil to dry mix.
    Don't mix thoroughly; leave some dry.
    Then fold in pecans and pie filling.
    Do not overmix.
    Leave some dry, this makes crunchy topping.
    Bake 1 hour or until done at 350\u00b0 in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
