Salmon Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except pecans and parsley. Form in a roll. Mix pecans and parsley together.
    Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate overnight.
    Slice and serve with crackers.
