Lemon Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1/2 c. sugar
    grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
    1 large can frozen Pet milk
    vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Mix Jell-O with 1 1/4 cups boiling water.
    Add sugar, lemon rind and juice.
    Let cool for 15 minutes.
    Crush vanilla wafers and put into bottom of Pyrex dish.
    Remove frozen Pet milk from freezer and whip until very creamy.
    Fold together all ingredients and pour over vanilla wafers.
    Chill several hours.
