Peach Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (28 oz.) can peaches, drained
    1 tsp. lemon rind
    1 box Jiffy pie crust mix
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    1/4 stick margarine
Preparation
    Put drained peaches in 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle lemon rind over top.
    Mix brown sugar with dry Jiffy mix. Sprinkle on top of peaches.
    Dot with margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    Serve with ice cream or whipped topping.
