Hamburger And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    4 1/2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. raw rice
    2 pkg. chicken noodle soup mix
    1 medium onion
    1 bell pepper
    2 stalks celery
Preparation
    Brown and drain ground beef in pan for 7 to 8 minutes; set aside.
    In boiling water, cook rice and chicken noodle soup mix. Add onion, bell pepper and celery stalks.
    Mix all together in a casserole.
    Bake covered at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
