Easy Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 pkg. graham cracker crumbs (layer these in pan to form crust; spoon mixed batter onto it)
    5 eggs
Preparation
    Smash cream cheese against bowl with fork.
    Add milk, sugar, cream and vanilla.
    Add one egg at a time while beating.
    Beat until a little lumpy.
    Pour into 9-inch spring-form pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour (or until golden brown).
    It will be watery. Allow to cool for 1 hour at room temperature.
    Cool in refrigerator overnight.
