Oven Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

9 c. applesauce
6 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix ingredients and place in 400\u00b0 oven.
Cook for 2 1/2 hours. This is supposed to cook slow and oven temperature should be cut down if bubbling and cooking too fast.
