Molded Corned Beef-Cheese Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes Knox gelatine
    1 c. cold water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco
    1/2 c. grated American cheese
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 1/2 c. finely diced celery
    1/2 c. finely diced green pepper
    1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, finely cut
Preparation
    Soften gelatine in cold water.
    Place over boiling water and stir until gelatine is dissolved.
    Add salt, lemon juice and Tabasco.
    Cool.
    Gradually stir into mayonnaise.
    Mix in remaining ingredients.
    Turn into a 6 cup loaf pan.
