Chicken Chili Lite - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded cooked chicken breasts
    2/3 c. chopped onion
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can Mexican chili beans
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. cumin
    Salt and black pepper, to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and cook over low heat for about 20 to 25 minutes. Add water, if needed, during cooking.
    About 8 servings with less than 1 gram of fat per serving.
