Tom And Jerry Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs, separated
    1 lb. butter or margarine, warm
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. brandy flavoring (optional)
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 lb. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. rum flavoring
    1 tsp. mace
    1 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation
    In bowl, beat egg whites until stiff. Add salt.
    In second bowl, beat egg yolks until light.
    In another bowl, cream butter with powdered sugar and mix until crumbly.
    Add egg yolks and flavorings.
    Mix well.
    Add spices and egg whites.
    Beat until well mixed. Batter will keep for several weeks in refrigerator. May be frozen, covered, for several months.
