20 Minute Meal Variety - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pieces meat (chops, cutlets, etc.)
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    flour
    salt and pepper
    rosemary (good on pork)
    tarragon (good on chicken)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 Tbsp. dry vermouth or dry sherry or dry white wine
Preparation
    This is a variety package of recipes for chicken (either pieces or cutlets, fat or thin) or pork chops (any style).
    Use any amount you want and increase or decrease sauces accordingly. All amounts are estimates and will need to be adjusted according to taste and desired amount of sauce.
