Marinade For Fish Or Meat(Roast, Steak, Pork) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. white cooking wine (alcohol cooks off)
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice

Preparation

Put all in Ziploc bag with meat.
May leave overnight, but at least 1 hour, turning often.
