Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
2/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/3 c. flour
3/4 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Beat egg; add milk.
Sift rest of ingredients together.
Add egg and milk.
Pour into funnel while holding finger over bottom. Swirl batter into hot fat and fry until brown.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
