Busy Day Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. whipped potatoes
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion
1 can cream-style corn
salt and pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Break ground beef in small pieces while frying with chopped onions.
Add salt and pepper.
Pour into casserole dish.
Spread creamed corn over beef.
Spread whipped potatoes over corn.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until potatoes are golden brown.
Serves 4.
