Hamantashen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    juice and rind of 1/2 orange
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    desired fillings: prune, apricot, poppy
Preparation
    Mix sugar and eggs together.
    Add oil and vanilla.
    Add juice and rind.
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add egg mixture to dry ingredients.
    Roll 1/4-inch thick.
    Cut into O shape using glass dipped in flour.
    Put filling in center.
    Fold over, one side to middle, other side to middle.
    Pinch edges.
    Brush with egg.
    Bake on cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
