Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. Cream of Wheat
dash of salt
water (enough so all dry ingredients are moist)
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix the ingredients together and drop small dumplings into boiling water.
Drop all mixture into boiling water and continue to boil until they float.
Brown 1 tablespoon butter in another pan and pour over drained dumplings.
Serve with cottage cheese.
