Beef Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. fatty hamburger
    5 heaping tsp. Morton Tender-Quick salt
    2 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 crushed clove garlic (optional)
    2 1/2 tsp. coarse pepper
    3 tsp. garlic salt
    2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove 1 time each day for 3 days and knead well for 5 minutes. On fourth day, knead and divide into 6 or 7 balls and then roll into logs.
    Bake in broiler pan for 9 hours at 160\u00b0.
    After 4 1/2 hours, turn.
    When done, drain on paper towels; cool.
    Refrigerate or freeze.
