Pheasant Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 4 pheasant breasts, cut up into bite size pieces (easiest to cut if slightly frozen)
1 bag stir-fry vegetables (fresh)
1 bottle Kikkoman teriyaki baste and glaze
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Brown pheasant pieces in a frypan with 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.
Season with 1 teaspoon garlic salt and 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
Add vegetables to pheasant. Pour 1/2 of the Kikkoman baste and glaze over veggies. Cover and simmer until veggies are cooked to your desired crispness.
Pour remaining glaze on servings as desired. Great on white rice.
