Microwave Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
    1 2/3 c. hot water
    2 c. uncooked instant rice
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Combine onions and butter in 2 quart casserole.
    Microwave on High until onions are tender, 1 to 3 minutes.
    Sit aside.
    Stir the bouillon in hot water until dissolved.
    Add rice and green onions to casserole.
    Cover.
    Microwave on High until mixture boils, 4 to 8 minutes.
    Let stand covered until liquid is gone, 5 to 6 minutes.
    Stir in eggs and soy sauce. Microwave on High until eggs are set, 2 to 4 1/2 minutes, stirring 4 to 5 times during cooking.
    Fluff with fork, then serve.
