Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can red beans
    1 can wax beans
    1 can French-cut green beans
    1 can garbanzo beans
    1 large green pepper, sliced thin
    1 large red onion, sliced thin
    salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 c. sugar
    2/3 c. white vinegar
    1/3 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Drain and wash beans; mix.
    Place alternate layers of bean mixture, onion and green pepper in salad bowl.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Mix rest of ingredients for dressing; beat until white and thick.
    Pour over salad and refrigerate overnight. Serves 16 to 20.
