Barbecued Chicken In Bag - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken, cut up
    3 Tbsp. catsup
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Heat all ingredients except chicken to blend.
    Grease inside of a large brown paper bag and place in a roasting pan.
    Set oven temperature at 500\u00b0.
    Salt and pepper chicken.
    Dip each piece in the sauce.
    Place chicken in bag.
    Pour sauce overall chicken. Fold sack in double at opening.
    Fasten top with paper clips and cover roasting pan.
    Place in oven and cook 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350\u00b0.
    Cook 1 hour and 15 minutes more.
    Do not open bag until cooking time is reached.
