Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. apples
    3 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Peel and finely chop apples.
    Place apples in bowl with sugar; let stand 20 minutes.
    Add oil, eggs, flour, salt and soda. Add nuts, raisins and vanilla.
    Stir. Bake in tube that has been greased and lightly floured.
    Bake one hour at 350\u00b0.
