Classic Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1/2 frozen banana or 1/2 c.frozen mango slices
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 c. frozen fruit of your choice: strawberries, blueberries, peaches, pineapple chunks, etc.
Preparation
    Blend well until smooth.
    Feel free to experiment, adding a touch of vanilla or your other favorite flavor to taste.
