2 eggs, beaten
1/2 large onion, grated
1 clove garlic, grated
1/2 c. creamed corn
3/4 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. jalapeno pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. sugar
4 slices bacon, cooked crisp
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
