Angels On Horseback - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 fresh oysters
    4 thin slices bacon
    2 slices hot buttered toast, cut in 4 squares each
Preparation
    Simmer oysters in their juice over low heat for 4 minutes. Drain and wrap each oyster in half a slice of bacon.
    Secure bacon with toothpick.
    Put under broiler or grill over charcoal until bacon is crisp.
    Serve on hot buttered toast square.
