Baked Southwestern Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. round loaf white bread
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. salsa
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. cream cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cut 1/4-inch slice from top of bread, remove center of bread in chunks, leaving 1/2-inch thick shell. Bake shell and cubes for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
    Beat cream cheese, sour cream and salsa until smooth, stir in Cheddar cheese.
    Spoon into bread shell.
    Place top on bread and wrap loaf in foil.
    Bake for 1 1/2 hours!
    Serve hot with bread cubes and tortilla chips or Fritos.
