Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    8 oz. cheese shredded
    1 lb. bacon, sausage or ham, cooked, drained
    6 slices white bread, cubed, no crust
Preparation
    Mix eggs, milk, salt and mustard together.
    Add cheese and meat.
    Mix again.
    In a 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish, arrange bread pieces.
    Pour egg mixture over bread, completely covering bread.
    Cover.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Cook next morning at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes, uncovered.
