Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced potatoes
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. finely chopped carrots
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 c. water
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 to 2 1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 lb. Velveeta
Preparation

Simmer all ingredients, except milk, flour and Velveeta, for 20 minutes until tender.
Add milk and flour.
Cook and stir over low heat until thickened.
Add Velveeta and stir until melted. (Be sure to stir constantly after adding cheese or it will scorch.)
