Whipped Strawberry Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 -9 oz. can crushed pineapple
    1 -3 oz. pkg. strawberry gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. Cool-Whip
    2/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
    Add enough water to juice to make 1 cup of liquid.
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Stir in juice and water.
    Chill until thick and syrupy.
    Whip gelatin until fluffy.
    Fold in Cool-Whip, add pineapple and nuts.
    Pour into lightly oiled 5 cup mold or 9 x 13 pan.
    Chill until set.
