Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. squash
1/2 green pepper
1 small onion
3 carrots, grated
1 can cream soup (mushroom or chicken)
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 stick oleo, melted
1 (7 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Preparation

Cook, mash and drain squash.
Pour melted oleo over stuffing; save some for the top.
Mix everything together.
Put into casserole dish.
Top with stuffing that was put aside.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
