Cranberry Ham Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. oil
    2 c. cooked rice
    16 thin slices deli ham
    2 cans whole cranberry sauce
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in oil.
    Stir in cooked rice. Place rice mix on ham slices.
    Roll and place, seam side down, in oiled roasting pan.
    Repeat.
    Melt cranberry sauce.
    Add brown sugar and lemon juice.
    Pour over ham rolls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot through.
