Seven Seas Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    salt
    1 1/2 c. rice, uncooked
    1 can tuna, drained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine the water, soup, onion, lemon juice and salt and let boil.
    Pour 1/2 sauce on bottom of casserole dish.
    Layer the rice, tuna, Cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese (make 2 or 3 layers).
    Cover with the rest of the sauce.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
