Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer, boiled and boned
1 c. chopped onion
1 can mushroom soup
2 c. broth from chicken
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. grated cheese
2 eggs
Ritz crackers, broken up
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except crackers.
Crush and add enough crackers to thicken mixture.
Pour into baking dish and sprinkle cheese and crackers on top.
Bake for 1 hour in 325\u00b0 oven.
