Traditional Leg Of Lamb(Greek Name: Arni Psito) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 leg young spring lamb
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 c. hot water
    2 to 3 cloves garlic
    salt and pepper
    juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Wash leg of lamb.
    Slit with sharp knife in various places on both sides of lamb.
    Thinly slice garlic and insert the slices into slits made in lamb.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Brush with melted butter.
    Squeeze lemon juice over lamb and place in a roasting pan, fat side up.
