Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can chunky chicken breast
    2 c. Minute rice
    1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook rice by box directions.
    Cook broccoli until tender.
    Mix both cans of soup with 2 cans of water.
    Add chicken.
    Bring to a boil.
    Mix rice and broccoli.
    Put in casserole dish on the bottom.
    Pour soup mixture over this. Top with crackers and cheese. Cook until cheese is melted.
