Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 peck tomatoes (32 c.)
1 red pepper
3 green peppers
1 c. celery
12 small onions, peeled
1 tsp. cloves
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. red pepper (optional)
dash of black pepper
5 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
-
Cook tomatoes down.
Add vegetables (chopped) and seasonings. Cook about 2 hours more.
Makes 8 to 10 pints.
